"LocalStandard eSIM" is a service that sells eSIMs usable in Japan, targeted at inbound travelers.
Eligibility
· 13 years of age or older · Own an eSIM-compatible device · Have a valid payment method
Prohibited Activities
· Reselling or transferring a purchased eSIM to a third party · Using a single eSIM on multiple devices · Unauthorized access or attacks on our systems
Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages arising from: · Inability to connect in areas without signal coverage · Connection issues due to incorrect device settings · Inability to connect due to natural disasters or infrastructure failures Refund eligibility for network outages is governed by our Refund Policy.
Service Changes and Suspension
We may modify or suspend the service with prior notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
