Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations and refunds after eSIM issuance are not accepted in principle. See the Refund Policy page for exceptions.
Refunds for Long-Term Plans
Long-term plans are reservation-based, so we can't offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind after ordering. However, if we fail to deliver your eSIM by your usage-start date, you'll receive a full refund.
