Purchasing
We accept credit cards (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX / JCB / Diners / Discover) via Stripe. Payment is finalized as soon as your order is confirmed.
After selecting a plan, enter your payment details on the checkout screen to complete payment. Once paid, your eSIM QR code will be available both by email and in My Page — installing it before you leave for Japan makes for a smooth start.
Yes, you can purchase with just an email address as a guest. However, if you delete the confirmation email you'll have no way to retrieve your QR code again — creating an account lets you view your QR code and order history anytime in My Page, plus earn Miles and coupons.
Any coupon you already hold is applied automatically at checkout. If you've received a coupon code through a friend referral or gift, enter it under "Have a coupon?" on the checkout screen.
Setup
No — our Terms of Service prohibit using a single eSIM on multiple devices at the same time. If you need to use it on more than one device, please purchase a separate plan for each device.
This service provides an eSIM for use within Japan by travelers visiting the country. It won't connect outside of Japan, so please keep this in mind.
No, you can leave Airplane Mode on. Just turn on Mobile Data (Data Roaming) while Airplane Mode stays on — doing this after you land in Japan will connect you automatically.
You can resend your original QR code to your email using the "Resend QR Code" feature in My Page. Use the resent QR code to install the eSIM again.
Pricing & Refunds
Pricing is based on the number of days you choose for our Unlimited plan. Prices are shown primarily in Korean Won (KRW), with a reference amount in Japanese Yen.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds after eSIM issuance aren't available in principle. Exceptions may be made for issuance errors that prevented you from receiving a QR code, devices found to be incompatible after purchase, or network outages meeting certain conditions — see our Refund Policy page for details.
Your connection won't stop completely even after reaching your data allowance. Our Unlimited (Normal) plan switches to 1Mbps once you've used 5GB of high-speed data for the day, so you can keep using it. Our Special plan throttles to 5Mbps after a separate threshold.
A "Top-up" feature for extending an existing plan's validity is currently in development. If you'd like more data or days right away, please purchase a new plan from the eSIM shop page.
