ChatGPT and Google Maps traffic runs on a separate line from your plan's data, so it's never deducted from what you purchased. This applies the same way on every plan.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds aren't available once your eSIM has been issued, as a general rule. Exceptions apply if a technical error prevented you from receiving your QR code, your device turns out not to support eSIM, or a network outage meant you used less than 30% of your plan's total data with 6+ consecutive hours of verified disruption. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the issue occurring — see our refund policy page for full details.
